Job Summary:

As an Associate within the LEC team, you will be responsible for providing coverage to GIFT City Branch of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.. The role involves Regulatory Reporting, USGAAP and IFRS Financials, Statutory Audits, Regulatory Automation Agenda, Concurrent Audits, Regulatory Inspections. The role is based in GIFT City, Gandhinagar.


Job Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for preparation, review, and submission of regulatory returns and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements

- Be responsible for preparation, review, and submission of monthly USGAAP and IFRS Financials

- Coordination for Statutory Audit with internal stakeholders and auditors

- Managing regulatory automation agenda

- Review new product launch from regulatory, accounting, reporting and control view point

- Ensure timely submission of all regulatory returns

- Maintain accuracy in all reporting processes, identify discrepancies, and ensure all reports meet regulatory standards.

- Address any regulatory reporting issue promptly and accurately

- Maintaining Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) and User tools


Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

- Good stakeholder management skills

- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills analytical and problem solving skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and working experience of new age digital tool like Alteryx, Tableau

- Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative team player with a proactive approach

- Possess strong process and control mindset and keen attention to detail

- Mature, independent, self-motivated, conscientious, able to work under pressure and drive changes


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

- A recognized professional accounting qualification with minimum 4 years of BFSI experience preferably regulatory reporting
