About Role:  

Adobha Agro Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in setting up and running e-commerce stores on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Jio, and others. This role is pivotal in driving our online sales growth and ensuring smooth end-to-end operations.


Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and manage e-commerce stores on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Jio, etc.

- Lead and build a team focused on e-commerce operations, sales, and customer support.

- Coordinate with vendors, designers, and logistics service providers to ensure efficient operations.

- Manage inventory and ensure timely product availability and dispatch.

- Provide excellent customer support and handle escalations.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.

- Utilize digital marketing techniques to promote products and increase online visibility.

- Analyze sales data to optimize product listings and enhance sales performance.

- Strategic planning, creative problem-solving, and delegation to drive team efficiency.


Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce sales, with a focus on selling products through online platforms.

- Proven ability to set up and manage e-commerce teams.

- Strong sales orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi and Tamil is an added advantage.

- Degree or diploma in any discipline.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.

- Key skills: Creative thinking, strategic planning, team leadership, coordination, and problem-solving.
