Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Designer with a strong background in events and exhibitions to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and various rendering software, along with a solid command of the Adobe Creative Suite. You will be responsible for designing and rendering 3D models for exhibition stands, event spaces, and other related setups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and design 3D models and environments for events, exhibitions, and displays.
  • Work closely with project managers, clients, and creative teams to develop custom event and exhibition designs.
  • Create detailed technical drawings and 3D visualizations using 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and rendering software.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with technical specifications.
  • Ensure that all designs meet the requirements of the brand, event brief, and client expectations.
  • Develop and present concept boards, mock-ups, and renders to clients for feedback and approval.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies in 3D design and rendering.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and rendering software (such as V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion).
  • Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an event or exhibition agency.
  • Ability to create realistic 3D renderings of event and exhibition spaces.
  • Excellent understanding of materials, lighting, and textures in 3D environments.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of spatial awareness.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Good communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly.
