Key Responsibilities:

- Product Portfolio: Develop and enhance the beauty and personal care product range to align with consumer needs and evolving market trends.

- Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with top FMCG manufacturers.

- Negotiations: Negotiate monthly promotions and deals to drive the performance of the category.

- Revenue Goals: Direct the development and execution of category strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

- Category Growth: Implement innovative strategies that enhance category performance and align with overall business objectives

- Cross-functional Engagement: Work closely with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team to ensure efficient procurement, and maintain seamless communication with stores, marketing, public relations, and suppliers.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build strong relationships and foster open communication with both internal teams and external partners.

- Supplier Negotiations: Extensive experience in managing and negotiating with suppliers to achieve business goals.

- Team Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience, with a focus on driving team success and fostering innovation within the category.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze trends, forecast sales, and manage the category's P&L.

- Experience: 10-15 years of experience in FMCG retail, with at least 3-4 years in a similar category management role.

- Preferred Qualifications: MBA or post-graduate degree is a plus
