We’re hiring aHospital Software Support Engineerto ensure seamless technology operations on-ground.You will play a mission-critical role in supporting doctors and hospital staff as they use the AnginaX AI system.What You’ll DoSupport doctors and medical teams using AnginaX AI during OPD operations. Assist with patient data entry, EMR coordination, and AI-based workflow execution. Troubleshoot real-time software issues (login errors, setup, connectivity, workflow blocks). Provide hands-on product training to hospital administrators and staff. Work closely with the AnginaX engineering team to report issues and improve system stability. Ensure smooth operations during the pilot and daily OPD workflow. Who You AreTech-savvy with experience in software tools or hospital IT systems. Comfortable working directly with medical professionals in a fast-paced hospital environment. Strong communicator who can simplify technical concepts for non-technical users. Highly proactive, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented. Passionate about healthcare and wants to contribute to saving lives through technology.
