Write and optimize queries usingData Cloud Query Language (DQL) . Work ondata mapping, ingestion, and integrationfrom multiple external sources (APIs – REST, SOAP, GraphQL; ETL tools). Create and maintaindata models, schemas, pipelines, and data quality checks . Integrate externalAI/ML models using Einstein Studio, retrievers, and RAG . Implementdata governance, performance monitoring, and scalable architecture . Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate withonsite (USA) Salesforce teams . Interact with bothIT and business stakeholdersto deliver high-performance Data Cloud solutions.✅ Must Have Skills StrongSalesforce Data Cloud expertise(at least two end-to-end projects). Hands-on withData Streams, DLOs, DMOs, DQL, Calculated Insights, Segmentation, IR . Deep knowledge ofcustomer profile unification and data models . Strong SQL anddata pipeline management . Knowledge ofdata governance and warehousing .Good to Have Experience acrossSales, Service, Community Cloud . Exposure toMarketing Cloud, Pardot, Einstein AI, Field Service Lightning (FSL) .
