To be a Single Point of Contact between business, core development team, and the vendor


 As and when required, use new techniques, architecture, and frameworks of building and maintaining the web based CRMs.

 Exposed to all facets of Project Consulting viz. Conceptualization, Data Collection & Analysis, Design, Implementation and Development

 Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and related challenges & solutions in each stage

 Effectively maintain the web application/CRM to ensure 100% uptime

 Resolve all technical and functional issues of the CRMs, including security vulnerabilities with the help of IT Security team

 Monitor web server and site technical performance with the help of core development team

 Provide dashboards, reporting, analysis, and actionable for optimization recommendations to drive customer utilization of the web channel

 Understand the business requirement and have that implemented through core development team or a vendor

 Work with internal stakeholders to define reporting requirements and help to define critical

measurements. Provide high-level insight and detailed segment analysis as appropriate.

 Work with various teams, including vendor, to ensure accurate and comprehensive web analytics

implementation and successful deployment of new solutions.

 Work with other cross-functional teams to integrate web data/application with other sources

 Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Online Brand Promotion, related tools/techniques, and using the same to meet organization digital

marketing objectives

 Performing personnel functions (e.g. interviewing, evaluating, supervising, etc.) for the purpose of maintaining adequate staffing, enhancing productivity of personnel and achieving objectives.

 Minimum 17 years of experience in web development.

 Along with strong people management & planning skills, the candidate should be fully hands-on on ASP.NET (Web Forms, MVC, and .NET Core), SQL Server, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and ReactJS; and should be able to work with team should-to-shoulder and in individual capacity.

 Past experience of managing very large scale and enterprise level web applications is a MUST

 Experience in Designing, Developing, Deploying & managing multi-tier application using .Net framework & C#

 Should have hands-on experience in working with DevOps and creation of CI/CD pipelines

 Should have decent exposure to working in Microsoft Azure Cloud environment.

 Should have strong understanding of various architectures, web techniques, design patterns,

and various CMSs

 Should have fair understanding of web application security and its implementation nitty-gritties

 Strong written and verbal communications skills and proactive approach

 Detail oriented, with strong mathematical, analytical and reporting skills.

 Must be able to understand and analyse data and derive actionable.

 Excellent data visualization, presentation, and communication skills, including the ability to

clearly and effectively communicate and present findings to stakeholders at all levels.

 Strong organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively multi-task and

prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
