Job Title : System Architect & Project Manager

At BioRev Technology, we are innovating the next generation of scalable, secure, and dynamic software products. With our product already 40% complete, we are looking for an experienced System Architect & Project Manager to help guide our small but dedicated team through the completion phase and beyond. We are a small, dynamic, and agile team, and we pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative work environment where every team member's contributions are valued.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a System Architect & Project Manager who is both technically adept and comfortable with managing all aspects of software development. This role involves not only the architectural design of scalable, secure systems but also the hands-on project management required to drive execution through sprints, milestones, task allocation, and quality assurance.

You'll work with a small team of in-house developers, UI/UX designers, QC members, and freelancers, owning the product from a technical and managerial perspective.

Key Responsibilities :

1. System Architecture :

- Design scalable, secure systems that ensure both front-end and back-end data flow efficiently and securely.

- Define the overall structure of the product and ensure that it meets technical standards.

- Identify and address potential scalability and security issues.

2. Project Management :

- Plan, manage, and oversee product development through all stages of the software lifecycle.

- Create and manage sprints, stories, and deadlines in line with the project goals.

- Coordinate with internal and external teams, including developers, UI/UX designers, freelancers, and QA/QC teams.

- Handle task allocation and prioritize resources to ensure on-time delivery.

3. Hands-on Development :

- Lead by example by diving into technical tasks when needed.

- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure that project requirements are met.

4. Quality Assurance :

- Set up and enforce quality standards throughout the development process.

- Ensure that all deliverables meet the necessary performance and security standards.

- Work closely with the QA team to create and execute test plans.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a System Architect and Project Manager in a product development environment.

- Strong knowledge of system architecture best practices, including security protocols, data flow architecture, and scalability techniques.

- Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile or Scrum.

- Hands-on experience with front-end and back-end technologies (please specify relevant tech stack here).

- Experience working with UI/UX designers and freelancers is a plus.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive a small team to success.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Desired Skills :

- Familiarity with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, etc.).

- Experience with task management and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp).

- Knowledge of quality assurance practices and standards.

- Strong problem-solving skills, consider trade off options, and ability to foresee and mitigate potential risks.
