For more information on the company, please visit our website or LinkedIn community.Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Axiom Developer to join our Regulatory Reporting Technology team. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in AxiomSL ControllerView to design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions for both global (Basel III, CRR/CRD IV, Liquidity, FINREP, COREP, etc.) and Indian (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI) regulatory frameworks. The developer will work closely with business, finance, and compliance teams to ensure timely, accurate, and audit-compliant reports.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain AxiomSL regulatory reporting workflows, data models, and control frameworks. - Deliver reports required by global regulators (Basel III, CRD IV, Liquidity – LCR/NSFR, Capital Adequacy, MAS, PRA, FED, ECB) and Indian regulators (RBI – ALM, CRR/SLR, exposure norms, SEBI, IRDAI) as per compliance. - Work with data sourcing teams to map, validate, and reconcile data from upstream systems. - Develop data transformations and ensure accuracy of regulatory submissions. - Support SIT/UAT cycles, production deployment, and audit requirements. - Address regulatory changes and implement updates in Axiom configuration. - Collaborate with global and Indian stakeholders to ensure end-to-end compliance and governance.Required Skills & Experience:- 5+ years of experience in AxiomSL ControllerView (development and support). - Strong understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks, including: - Global: Basel III, CRD IV, FINREP, COREP, Liquidity (LCR/NSFR). - Indian: RBI reports (CRR/SLR, ALM, statutory returns), SEBI, IRDAI compliance. - Strong proficiency in SQL/Oracle or other relational databases. - Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data validation. - Experience in Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) domain. - Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Good to Have:- Exposure to cloud-based Axiom solutions (RegCloud). - Familiarity with automation using Python/Unix scripting. - Experience with Agile methodologies. - Previous experience with Indian banks or NBFC regulatory reporting.If you find this this opportunity interesting kindly share your updated profile on Bansi.hindocha@synechron.comWith below details (Mandatory)Total ExperienceExperience in Axion: -Experience in Regulatory Reporting: -Current CTCExpected CTCNotice periodCurrent LocationReady to relocate to MumbaiOpen for 12 PM to 9 PM shiftIf you had gone through any interviews in Synechron before?
