This is a full-time role based on-site in Gurugram. The Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team, developing and maintaining web and mobile applications, ensuring the quality and performance of applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include code reviews, managing development cycles, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of Responsibilities :- Lead and mentor a team of developers across mobile and backend.- Architect, design, and develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.- Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and backend services- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and QA to deliver high-quality features.- Establish coding standards, best practices, and conduct code reviews.- Own end-to-end responsibility for technical decisions, delivery timelines, and performance optimisation.- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing Skills and Qualifications :- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in software development.- Strong expertise in MERN and MEAN.- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering projects successfully.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
