This is a full-time, on-site position located at Hustle Hub Tech Park in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. The role requires a 6-day workweek.
Salary Details:
- Month 1: ₹3,06,000 per annum (On-the-job training)
- Month 2 onwards: ₹5,52,000 per annum (Upon employment confirmation)

An Inside Sales Executive is responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting products or services to meet those needs. This role is pivotal in driving sales and fostering customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Sales Process Management: Guide leads through the sales pipeline, addressing inquiries, providing product demonstrations, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.
- CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
