Content Manager - Non-Blog Assets
Company Overview:
Pepper Content (www.peppercontent.io) is building a global content marketing platform that brings companies and content creators together to scale up content creation processes across 75+ content verticals and 150+ content categories. Over the past 4.5 years, over 100,000+ freelance content creators have applied to be part of the Pepper network of which we work with the top 5% of talent, and on the other end - we work with over 2500+ customers like Amazon, Adobe, Google, HDFC Bank, Adani, and the majority of the startup ecosystem.
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Content Manager to lead the development and execution of our content strategy across various platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing a wide range of content types, including case studies, eBooks, infographics, videos, and more, to engage our target audience and drive business objectives.
This is a contractual and in-office role based out of the Aditya Birla Capital’s Thane, Mumbai office for 12 months
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for non-blog assets aligned with business goals and target audience needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, product, and sales, to create compelling and relevant content that supports brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Lead the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation and planning to production and distribution, ensuring quality and consistency across all assets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify content opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights.
- Optimize content for various channels and formats, including website, social media, email, and advertising platforms, to maximize reach and impact.
- Measure and analyze content performance using relevant metrics and tools, such as Google Analytics, to inform optimization and decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes in the finance domain to ensure content relevance and compliance.
The ideal candidate must -
- 5-7 years of experience in content management, with a focus on non-blog assets, in the finance domain.
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles and audience segmentation
- Proficiency in content creation and editing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Self-motivated and proactive team player with a collaborative and adaptable mindset.
