The Role : Lead Software Development Engineer in Test is responsible for working with SW QA and SW development teams to develop a platform for test automation. Your Contribution : - Develop solutions in solving complex automation needs for testing, release engineering.- Architect the next evolution of our testing frameworks and libraries.- Advocate best programming design and testing practices.- Help improve software developer and testing productivity by implementing intuitive supporting tools, modules-based techniques.- Actively engage with developer and QA teams to ensure we are delivering tools that make their lives easier.- Automate the iOS and Android mobile application.Your Qualifications and Skills : - 10+ years in software development.- Extensive experience in programming with one or more of the following languages - Python, C/C++, Java.- Strong software engineering foundations, and experience in writing software, supporting tools, services.- Strong object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms coding skills.- Experience in any of the automation tools like Appium, Xamarin, Salesforce, etc.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to evaluate and implement testing tools as per the organization's needs.- Experience in building and running test environments.- Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in software testing methodologies and tools.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.- Leadership skills to guide and mentor the QA team.- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in software QA.- Experience in automation testing.- Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
