Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Undertake design project from concept to completion.
  • Should have a prior experience in managing a team of 4-5 members.
  • Vendor coordination and management.
  • Interpret and translate brand needs into detailed plans and 3Ds.
  • Create detailed BoQs and costing as per brand requirements and budget.
  • Research and procure materials and manage products sourcing.
  • Produce “sample” and “mood boards” Maintain timelines and ensure smooth and timely handover. Work closely with designers, towards ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices.
  • Provide creative solutions to potential blockers in on going projects.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field with 5+ years of experience.
  • Expertise in space planning, furniture layout, FF&E, 3D visualization, and project management.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, MS Office, and other design programs.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Creative talent with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management abilities.
