What You Will Do

  • Provide academic and strategic leadership to the School of Engineering.
  • Build strong industry linkages with leading technology and engineering companies.
  • Lead curriculum innovation to align with Industry 4.0 and emerging global trends.
  • Establish a vibrant research ecosystem and mentor faculty in publishing, patents, and projects.
  • Ensure student success and career readiness through internships, placements, and entrepreneurial opportunities.
  • Drive excellence in NAAC, NBA, and international accreditation processes.


Who We’re Looking For

  • A visionary leader with 15+ years’ experience in academia, research, or R&D leadership.
  • PhD in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent senior professional expertise.
  • Proven ability to build programs, strengthen industry-academia partnerships, and deliver impact.
  • Passionate about shaping the future of engineering education in India.
