Job Description:

We are seeking a Clinical Nursing Specialist cum Trainer to join our team and educate nurses, technicians, and sales staff on the application and use of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in nursing and experience in training and education within the healthcare industry.


Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver training programs for nurses, technicians, and sales staff on the proper application and use of our hospital disposables

- Conduct product demonstrations and hands-on training sessions to ensure staff have a thorough understanding of our products

- Collaborate with the sales team to provide clinical support and address customer inquiries related to product usage

- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs

- Assist in the development of educational materials and resources for internal and external use


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred

- Registered Nurse license in India

- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, in a hospital or clinic setting

- Proven experience in training and education within the healthcare industry

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
