Job Summary :

We are looking for an Informatica DGDQ Developer with 5 plus years of experience in data governance and data quality management The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data governance frameworks data quality processes and data integration solutions using Informatica Data Governance and Data Quality IDMC You will work closely with business and technical teams to ensure the accuracy consistency and compliance of enterprise data across various platforms

Key Responsibilities :

Data Governance and Data Quality Implementation :

- Design and develop data governance and data quality solutions using Informatica DGDQ IDMC

- Define data quality rules validation processes and governance workflows to enhance data integrity

- Implement data profiling cleansing validation enrichment and standardization using Informatica tools

- Ensure compliance with data governance frameworks policies and industry regulations

- Establish and maintain metadata management data lineage tracking and data stewardship best practices

Data Integration and Management :

- Work on data integration solutions to improve data flow across systems

- Develop and manage data pipelines ETL workflows and automated data quality checks

- Ensure seamless data migration transformation and consolidation while maintaining data accuracy

- Monitor data quality KPIs and proactively identify and resolve data inconsistencies

- Work with stakeholders to define and maintain data dictionaries business glossaries and data catalogs

Monitoring and Troubleshooting :

- Perform root cause analysis of data quality issues and drive resolution strategies

- Use Informatica tools for real time data monitoring and develop alerts for data discrepancies

- Optimize and enhance data governance dashboards and reports to provide insights into data quality trends

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement :

- Work closely with business users data stewards and IT teams to define data governance objectives

- Conduct training sessions on data governance policies and tools for internal teams

- Partner with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data governance solutions into enterprise workflows

Qualifications and Requirements :

Mandatory Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

- 5 plus years of hands on experience in Informatica Data Governance and Data Quality IDMC DGDQ

- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks data stewardship and metadata management

- Experience in data profiling data cleansing data validation and enrichment

- Ability to design and implement data governance policies standards and workflows

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in Informatica DGDQ Data Governance and Data Quality tools

- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases SQL Server Oracle PostgreSQL MySQL

- Knowledge of ETL processes data integration and data transformation methodologies

- Experience with data lineage metadata management and reference data management

- Familiarity with data security privacy regulations GDPR CCPA and compliance frameworks

- Experience in developing dashboards and reports for data quality monitoring

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with business and technical teams

- Analytical mindset with excellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilities

- Detail oriented with a focus on data accuracy and governance best practices

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Good to Have Preferred Skills :

- Informatica Data Governance and Data Quality certification

- Experience with cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP for data governance solutions

- Knowledge of Big Data technologies such as Hadoop Spark and Kafka

- Experience working with REST APIs for integrating data governance tools

- Familiarity with BI and reporting tools like Tableau Power BI or Looker

- Successful implementation of data governance and data quality frameworks

- Improvement in data accuracy and reduction of data inconsistencies across systems

- Timely resolution of data quality issues and enhanced compliance with governance policies

- Effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration with business and IT teams
