Mandatory Skills: Master Data Management (MDM)

System Design and Architecture:

• Collaborate with the architecture team to understand the system architecture and process flows.
• Ensure the architecture is effectively translated into solution design.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide thought leadership in developing data flows and integration patterns for the MDM solution.
• Guide technical discussions and decisions to align with best practices.

Integration and Interoperability:

• Integrate the Informatica MDM system with other enterprise applications through batch processing, real-time integrations, and message queuing to facilitate seamless data exchange.
• Develop strategies for enhancing data interoperability across systems.

Data Governance and Stewardship:

• Implement robust data governance workflows and processes to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Establish data security measures and access control protocols to protect sensitive information.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

• Work closely with client stakeholders, architects, and IT teams, including Data Integration, Data Quality, and Data Governance.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the Informatica MDM implementation meets business needs and objectives.

• Proven experience in Master Data Management (MDM) with a focus on Informatica solutions.
• Strong understanding of system design, data integration, and data governance principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
