About the Job Triplespeed is looking for a high-performing Head of Game Design to lead the creative and product direction of our next generation of mobile games. You will play a foundational role in developing high-converting, high-retention, and extremely profitable mobile games.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end game design across multiple titles: concepting, prototyping, gameplay systems, balancing, monetization, and player experience. Define the creative vision and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across design, art, and development. Collaborate closely with developers, designers, artists, and marketers to bring game ideas to life. Lead the design of hypercasual and hybrid-casual mechanics, level loops, core gameplay, and economy systems. Build and validate ideas through rapid prototyping, user testing, and iteration. Run A/B tests on gameplay mechanics, difficulty curves, monetization flows, and UX improvements. Analyze game data and player behavior to optimize retention, LTV, CPI, and monetization. Build and maintain a design playbook and best practices for the gaming vertical. Mentor designers and contribute to building a top-tier game design team. Participate in revenue-share upside aligned with the performance of the games you help create.Who Can Apply2–6 years of experience in game design, preferably in mobile. Experience designing at least one shipped mobile game or multiple prototypes. Based in Bangalore and open to working onsite with the team, 5 days/week.Skills we’re Looking For Strong understanding of hypercasual and hybrid-casual game design principles. Experience building fast prototypes and optimizing for CPI, retention, ARPU, and LTV. Expertise in gameplay design, level design, and game balancing. Familiarity with Unity and the workflows needed to collaborate with developers. Strong knowledge of mobile game architecture, optimization basics, and technical feasibility. Understanding of ad monetization, IAP, reward loops, and economy systems. Ability to analyze metrics and use insights to guide creative decisions. Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experiment-driven, high-ownership environment.
