About This Job Posting

 

We're seeking a motivated and talented Avionics Systems Engineer to join our growing team In this role, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience working alongside experienced engineers on exciting aerospace projects.

 

What You'll Do:

·       Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE): Learn to use MBSE tools to develop and manage system models for avionics architecture and design.

·       Requirements Management: Assist in capturing, analyzing, and tracking system requirements throughout the development lifecycle.

·       System Design and Development: Contribute to the design and development of avionics systems, including functional analysis and system architecture modelling.

·       System Integration: Support the integration of avionics systems into aircraft platforms, ensuring alignment with requirements and interfaces.

·       Simulation and Testing: Participate in system simulations, validation, and verification to ensure robust system performance.

·       Compliance and Certification: Gain exposure to industry standards and certification processes, such as DO-178C, DO-254, and ARP4761.

·       Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, software, hardware, testing) to achieve seamless system integration.

·       Technical Documentation: Assist in developing technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, interface control documents, and design reviews.

 What We're Looking For:

·       Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.

·       2+ years of experience in avionics systems development, with a focus on MBSE

·       Strong interest in avionics and a desire to learn about aircraft systems.

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Effective communication and collaboration skills.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Bonus Points:

·       Experience with basic MBSE concepts.

·       Familiarity with avionics systems and communication protocols.
