We’re looking for aBlockchain Development Leadto join our Engineering team and to architect and guide the development of blockchain-based solutions across our emerging product lines — from ethical finance and payments to transparency-driven logistics and SaaS ecosystems in Noida. This role combines hands-on engineering, architectural design, and technical leadership. Competitive salaries, health benefits, and various perks further enhance the work experience.What you’ll do Architecture & Design:Lead the design of scalable, secure, and efficient blockchain systems (permissioned and public). Technical Leadership:Mentor and guide developers on smart contracts, distributed ledger design, and cryptographic principles. Integration:Collaborate with backend, cloud, and data engineering teams to integrate blockchain components with existing SaaS architectures. Innovation:Evaluate emerging technologies (L2s, ZK proofs, stablecoins, cross-chain protocols) for use in real-world business applications. Quality & Security:Establish best practices for code reviews, audits, and on-chain security. Collaboration:Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and Data Scientists to prototype and deploy blockchain-powered features. Your qualifications Technical:5+ yearsof software development experience, with2+ yearsin blockchain or distributed systems. Strong experience withSolidity ,Rust , orGofor blockchain protocols or smart contract development. Hands-on experience withEthereum ,Hyperledger ,Polygon , orSolanaecosystems. Deep understanding ofcryptographic primitives , consensus algorithms, and decentralized architectures. Familiarity withweb3 libraries ,Node.js/TypeScript , andREST/gRPCAPI integration. Proven experience inleading teams , conducting code reviews, and mentoring developers.
