Job Description :

We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning, data analysis, and software engineering.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI models to solve complex problems and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms.

- Analyze large datasets to extract insights and patterns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into systems.

- Optimize and fine-tune models for performance and scalability.

- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML advancements and best practices.

- Document methodologies, results, and present findings to stakeholders.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 5-8 years of proven experience in AI/ML model development and data analysis.

- Strong programming skills in Python.

- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
