We are seeking an experiencedSalesforce CPQ Testerto join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inmanual testing within Salesforce environments , focusing onSalesforce CPQandCRM applications . This role involves performingfunctional, integration, and regression testingto ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of Salesforce solutions that support business processes. The successful candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners.Key Responsibilities Conductfunctional, integration, and regression testingfor Salesforce CPQ and CRM solutions based on business requirements. Develop, document, and execute detailedtest plans, test cases , andtest scripts . Collaborate closely withDevelopers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Business Analyststo understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Estimate testing efforts and timelines for assigned tasks and projects. Identify, document, and track defects through test management tools, ensuring timely resolution. SupportUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)by assisting business users and validating end-to-end scenarios. Ensure testing aligns with quality standards, best practices, and project timelines. Work independently to manage test execution and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.Required Qualifications Minimum of5+ years of manual testing experiencewithinSalesforce environments , including CPQ and CRM modules. Strong understanding ofSalesforce testing methodologies , data validation, and functional workflows. Hands-on experience withtest management tools(e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar). Familiarity withCRM business processesand Salesforce platform capabilities. Proven ability to perform independent test execution with minimal supervision. Excellentcommunication skills , attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degreein Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Salesforce Administrator Certificationpreferred. Experience working inAgile/Scrumenvironments.
