Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated IT Asset & Support Executive to oversee and manage our company's IT asset portfolio & User Support. The successful candidate will handle the full lifecycle of IT assets, Support of End users ensuring optimal use and compliance with policies and regulations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the entire lifecycle of IT assets from Projection, Procurement, Delivery, Management to Disposal.
  • Coordinate with all the departments to obtain the projection, match it with current stock/in use assets and project the future requirement.
  • Coordinate with Teams for the procurement of IT assets, repair, setup & Allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with Vendor for Delivery, validation upon delivery, FAR updation
  • Maintain accurate records of all IT assets, including hardware and software for FAR Reconciliation.
  • Manage the deployment (preferably through automation) and correct configuration of IT assets.
  • Implement systems for tracking and monitoring IT assets.
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, Budgeting and Forecasting.
  • Preparation of assets to issue with pre-checks to deliver on time with 100% SLA
  • Coordinate with Finance and Procurement teams for Asset Verification, Transfer, FAR reconciliation, Buy backs etc. on a monthly basis.
  • Carbon footprint estimation and reduction to ensure ESG standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT assets.
  • Prepare reports on IT asset status and usage for senior management & Work closely with other departments to support business objectives.



Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT asset management or related field.


Must:

  • Strong skills on Excel/Google Sheet, Email, Corporate Etiquettes, Proficiency in IT asset management software, well versed in GRN process
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English along with local language, with the ability to present information clearly .
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and professional integrity.
