You will play a key role in creating visual stunning and high detailed 3D assets for various projects while collaborating with other artists and Team.


Key Responsibilities:


3D Modeling:

·        Create detailed and accurate 3D models adhering to industrial standards.

·        Develop assets for various projects, including industrial designs, products, and environments.

·        Ensure models are optimized for both performance and visual quality across different platforms.


Texturing:

·        Develop photorealistic textures for a variety of surfaces such as wood, metal, fabric, concrete, and organic materials.

·        Utilize digital tools like Photoshop, Substance Painter, or equivalent software to create detailed and lifelike textures.

·        Collaborate closely with the art and design teams to ensure textures align with the project's visual style and requirements.


Animation:

·        Create high-quality 3D animations with an understanding of realistic movement, rigging, and dynamics.

·        Collaborate with technical animators and developers to ensure animations integrate smoothly into production pipelines.

·        Use industry-standard tools to create fluid, believable animations for products, characters, and environments.


Collaboration & Communication:

·        Work closely with other 3D artists, designers, and technical directors to maintain project vision and standards.

·        Participate in project planning, concept discussions, and reviews.

·        Mentor junior artists and provide guidance in best practices for 3D art production.

 

Technical Skills & Software Expertise:

·        Substance Painter (AI included)

·        3ds Max

·        Strong understanding of rendering engines like V-Ray, Arnold, or Unreal Engine.

·        Familiarity with pipeline and version control systems such as Git and Perforce.


Requirements:

·        10+ years of experience in 3D modeling, texturing, and animation.

·        Strong portfolio showcasing industrial-level 3D models, high-quality textures and professional animations.

·        Expertise in PBR workflows and shader development.

·        Knowledge of game engines, visual effects, and animation principles.

·        Experience working on large, multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

·        Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
