MEP Technical Engineer - UAE Are you a hands-on professional with a passion for precision and performance? Join us in delivering high-quality MEP systems for landmark projects in the UAE. This role is based on-site in the UAE and will require relocation. ALEMCO will be visiting India to conduct face-to-face interviews in Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune. Your Role Support Project Engineers in planning MEP systems for efficient project delivery Prepare and review technical submittals, including drawings, materials, calculations, method statements, and reports Maintain accuracy and completeness of technical documentation Monitor and track submittal approvals to uphold timelines and quality expectations Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated site execution Provide timely resolutions to site technical issues Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and compliance Ensure installations meet local and international codes, standards, and project specifications Assist with quantity take-offs, procurement, and logistics of MEP materials Contribute to as-built documentation and final handover packages Participate in meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders Pursue continuous learning through courses, seminars, and certifications What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (required)5 years of technical experience in MEP construction Solid knowledge of MEP systems and design processes Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Revit preferred Familiarity with Autodesk tools and collaborative platforms Strong understanding of design techniques and emerging technologies Knowledge of relevant international and regional codes and standards Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills What We Offer Total package of salary, UAE Employment Visa, Medical Insurance & Annual ticket allowance.
