We're scaling from 30 to 100+ properties across India, and we're building something differenthostels where you actually know what to expect because we control the entire experience centrally.Over the past few months, we've nailed the basics : happy customers (NPS ), solid product experience (website revamp ), and launched new offerings like workations, group bookings, coliving, referral program, and social features.Now we need to grow. Fast. And we believe building products that solve customer problems is how we'll do it.What you'll do : Your job is simple : help more people book stays with us.- Improve booking conversionanalyze where users drop off, identify friction points and run experiments to optimize the funnel- Improving adoption of various offerings optimize discovery, improve user journeys, and get more people using them.- Launch features that drive revenue identify unmet user needs and industry gaps, then build solutions that increase revenue- Own the numbersdefine what success looks like, track it relentlessly, run experiments, and double down on what works- Drive fast experimentation understand our systems and integrations well enough to scope what can be built quickly, work closely with engineering to remove blockers, and ship experiments rapidlyYou're a great fit if : - You have a technical backgroundyou've coded before or understand systems well enough to have smart conversations with engineers about feasibility and architecture- You're analytically strongyou can analyze funnels, design experiments, interpret data, and make evidence-based decisions- You think like an owneryou take full responsibility for metrics, don't need hand-holding, and are comfortable with ambiguity- You move fast and experiment constantlyyou'd rather test and learn than debate and perfect- You're curious about users and travelbonus if you're a traveler yourself who gets the hostel/youth travel vibe- You're excited about making youth travel accessible in IndiaWhy Join goSTOPS : We're scaling from 30 to 100+ hostels in a market that's exploding - Youth travel in India is growing fast, and you'll shape how we capture it- You'll own the entire growth function - Build the strategy from scratch with full autonomy to execute- Ship fast and see real impact - Small team, direct decision-making, and clear line of sight from experiments to revenue- Perfect timing - Proven product, happy users, funded, and ready to scale aggressively (ref:hirist.tech)
