Starting in 2009, Decimal is led by a team of dynamic individuals including founders from IIM A with over 20 years of experience across various industries (BFSI, FMCG, Telecom, Automobile, Healthcare etc), and a highly experienced leadership team comprising of veterans from the aforementioned industries with deep expertise in Technology and business.

Job Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage development projects with cross-functional teams, typically comprising 8-12 members, including developers, QA testers, and release managers.

- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Engage directly with clients to manage project planning, set deliverables, and obtain necessary approvals.

- Gather requirements from clients and stakeholders, translating them into clear, actionable business requirements and functional specifications documents.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining scope, schedule, resource allocation, and task distribution.

- Coordinate with team members to assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide support to ensure timely completion of project milestones.

- Review deliverables from the team to ensure they meet project standards before client submission.

- Proactively identify project risks, implementing strategies for mitigation and quick resolution.

- Handle and manage change requests, assessing impacts on scope, schedule, and resources.

- Uphold and enforce the organization's project management methodologies and standards throughout project lifecycles.

- Maintain high-quality delivery standards and optimize processes for continuous improvement

Desired Skills :

- BE/ B.Tech with minimum of 9-12 years of work experience

- A minimum experience of 2 years as Project Lead/Manager

- Experience in team management

- Understanding of technical/product architecture in general

- Exposure to client interaction

- Should understand Iterative and Agile Methodologies

- Experience in Java, creation/ integration with Web services, PL SQL)
