This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background inOracle HCM Cloudimplementations and integrations, especially those who have worked within themanufacturing domain . You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM solutions that align with our business goals.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a focus on Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Talent modules. Lead technical design and development ofFast Formulas, HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI/BIP Reports , andpersonalization's . Implement and supportinbound/outbound integrationsusing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and other middleware. Work with business stakeholders and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Performunit testing , troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Oracle HCM modules. Collaborate with global teams across time zones in an Agile/DevOps environment. Provide production support, including root cause analysis and defect resolution. Document technical specifications, configuration guides, and system architecture.Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of overall experience in ERP/Cloud application development. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud(Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence, etc.). Strong expertise inFast Formulas, HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts , andBI Publisher/OTBI reporting . Experience in building and maintainingOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)integrations. Proficient in PL/SQL, REST/SOAP Web Services, and XML/XSLT. Good understanding of security roles and data access in Oracle HCM Cloud. Proven experience inend-to-end HCM Cloud implementations or support projects . Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in themanufacturing industrywith knowledge of HR and Payroll processes in a manufacturing setup. Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is a plus. Exposure to Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Benefits, and Learning modules is an advantage.
