"Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of automotive test engineers to ensure efficient and effective testing of automotive systems and components.

- Develop and implement test plans and strategies for automotive testing, including HIL, MIL, SIL, and PIL methods.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing requirements and develop test cases accordingly.

- Review and analyze test results, identify issues, and provide recommendations for improvements.

- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of testing milestones and deliverables.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and other stakeholders.

- Manage and maintain the test environment, including hardware and software tools.

- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in automotive testing methods and tools.

- Participate in proposal and SOW development for new projects.

- Review and approve test cases developed by team members.

- Implement automation using Python to streamline and improve testing processes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive testing with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

- Strong knowledge and experience in HIL, MIL, SIL, or PIL methods.

- Proficiency in Labview is highly desirable.

- Exposure to IVI testing and ADAS testing is a must.

- Familiarity with vehicle system testing is preferred.

- In-depth understanding of ECU and related testing processes.

- Experience in developing and reviewing test cases.

- Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex systems.

- Experience in proposal and SOW development is a plus.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Automation experience using Python is highly recommended.
