Their clients are local property management business owners, and the firm focuses on hands-on partnerships rather than traditional acquisitions.About the RoleWe are hiring a Finance Controller to lead end-to-end financial management for multiple international entities across the US, UK, and Canada. The role demands strong global accounting exposure, exceptional ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle accounting, reporting, and financial analysis for US/UK/Canada entitiesOversee budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and complianceLead monthly and annual closing activitiesDeliver accurate financial statements under US GAAP and IFRSStrengthen financial processes in partnership with senior leadershipCollaborate cross-functionally and work seamlessly during EST hoursRequirements7–10 years of financial management or controllership experienceMandatory: Accounting experience with USA, UK, or Canada entitiesPreferred: Real estate or property management accounting backgroundStrong understanding of global accounting standards, reconciliations, and internal controlsExperience with trust accounting reconciliation, tenant/owner ledgers, and owner payoutsAbility to independently manage multi-entity finances in a dynamic environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
