You will drive innovation in afast-paced product development environment , overseeing multiple high-impact projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuringtimely delivery under tight deadlines and high-pressure conditions .Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Project Management Lead, plan, and deliver multipleAI and analytics product development projectssimultaneously with full ownership. Translate complex business requirements into scalable, intelligent, and production-ready solutions. Manageend-to-end project lifecycle , ensuring adherence to delivery timelines and quality benchmarks. Guide, mentor, and review work of Python developers, AI engineers, and data analysts. Set and enforce coding standards, architectural best practices, and delivery protocols. Thrive in ahigh-pressure environment , balancing priorities across concurrent projects and stakeholders. Python & AI Development Architect, design, and implementAI-driven Python applicationsand intelligent automation frameworks. Build and optimizeETL pipelines , real-time data workflows, and analytics utilities. Architect and design predictive modeling systemsto forecast market trends and operational performance. Lead the development ofGenetic AI modelsfor automated reporting, pattern detection, and process optimization. Integrate APIs, databases, andcloud-based AI solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)into scalable architectures. Utilize libraries such asPandas, NumPy, SQL, Flask/FastAPI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learnto deliver high-quality analytical outputs. AI Modeling & Advanced Analytics Design and deployAI/ML modelsfor predictive insights, anomaly detection, and strategic decision-making. Drive the adoption ofGenetic AI modeling techniquesto improve forecasting accuracy and reporting intelligence. Ensure model scalability, interpretability, and continuous performance monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams tointegrate AI outcomes with business intelligence toolsand automated dashboards. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Partner with Product, BI, and Data Science teams to align AI deliverables with product goals and analytics strategies. Communicate effectively with leadership teams, ensuring transparency on project progress, risks, and outcomes. Maintain alignment between technical feasibility and business objectives in adynamic, product-centric environment . Quality, Security & Optimization Ensure adherence todata governance, security, and scalability standardsacross all deliverables. Perform code reviews, AI model audits, and system performance tuning. Overseetesting, documentation, and continuous improvementacross AI development cycles.Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience inPython development and AI engineering , preferably withinproduct-oriented analytics environments . Proven track record ofleading multiple concurrent projectswith successful delivery under tight timelines. Strong hands-on experience inarchitecting predictive and AI modeling systems . Expertise inPandas, NumPy, SQL, Flask/FastAPI, REST APIs , andworkflow automation . Experience withmachine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) . Strong understanding ofGenetic AI modeling , predictive analytics, and automated reporting pipelines. Cloud experience onAWS, Azure, or GCP(any one mandatory). Excellent debugging, optimization, andarchitectural design skillsunder demanding conditions.Good-to-Have Skills Experience withdeep learning models ,MLOps , andAI model lifecycle management . Proficiency inTableau, Power BI , or other BI and visualization tools. Familiarity withDevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Jenkins, Git) . Experience inAgile/Scrumproduct development environments.Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inComputer Science ,Artificial Intelligence ,Data Science ,Engineering , or an equivalent discipline.
