We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer for an AI Enabled Enterprise Solutions Platform

Job Profile :

- Lead the design process from concept to execution for web and mobile applications.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to gather insights and validate design decisions.

- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

- Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for new product features.

- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of proven UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.

- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Strong portfolio showcasing excellent visual design skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.

- Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

- Experience designing for accessibility and internationalization.
