Responsibilities :- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.- Be a productive member of the team.Requirements :- 10-15 years of experience in Enterprise Application Development, with a minimum of 7+ years in eCommerce.- At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC B2C / Demandware).- Strong proficiency in PWA frameworks, especially React.js (knowledge of Redux, Context API, and Chakra UI is a plus).- In-depth understanding of headless commerce, API-first architecture, and microservices, aligned with MACH principles.- Hands-on experience in both front-end (React, ExpressJS, Node.js) and backend integration patterns.- Extensive experience with third-party integrations such as payment gateways, OMS, ERP, CRM, and loyalty systems.- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps best practices.- Knowledge of eCommerce performance optimization, SEO, and accessibility best practices.- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage and engage with multiple stakeholders.- Salesforce certifications such as SFCC Architect, B2C Commerce Developer, or B2C Solution Architect are highly preferred.Nice to Have :- Experience integrating with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).- Familiarity with multi-region, multi-language, and multi-brand eCommerce rollouts.- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Benefits :- A challenging, innovating environment.- Opportunities for learning where needed.
