Job Summary:


The Creative Design Lead will oversee the design department and guide the creative direction of all visual materials. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on design skills. The ideal candidate should be a creative leader with a strong portfolio of work and a passion for innovative design. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all design outputs align with the company's brand identity, marketing strategies, and business goals.


Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Need a creative thinking skills and understanding of how a brand works.

Proven experience managing and leading a design team.

Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work, including branding, digital, print, and packaging.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and more will be an added advantage) and other relevant design software(3D - Blender, cinema 4D,Maya, 3Ds Max..).

Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Strong communication,understanding clients requirements, presentation, and interpersonal skills is must.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with 2D design, video editing, motion graphics, or 3D design.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is an advantage.




Responsibilities:


Leadership & Management:

Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, overseeing daily operations such as project assignment, workflow management, and performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and professional growth.

Creative Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute a cohesive visual strategy aligned with the company’s brand identity and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling visuals across various channels, from concept to final execution, ensuring consistency and quality.

Brand Development & Maintenance:

Maintain and evolve the brand identity, ensuring all creative materials adhere to guidelines and reflect a consistent brand image. Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the brand competitive.

Client Collaboration:

Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate their needs into effective design solutions, presenting concepts and incorporating feedback while preserving creative integrity.

Budgeting & Resource Management:

Oversee the design budget and manage resources, including tools and software, to maximize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
