Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM)
Location: Hyderabad
Salary: Competitive salary + incentives
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand our client base and drive revenue growth in the US non-IT sector.
- Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients to build strong, long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and executing effective outreach strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and client engagement to assist in strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in US Non-IT Business Development
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing successful client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle night shift timings.
