Job Overview :

We're looking for a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Full Stack Engineer with 10-15 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. You'll be instrumental in designing and developing scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise-grade applications. This role demands deep expertise across both backend (Java, microservices, Kafka, NoSQL) and frontend (React) technologies, coupled with a strong understanding of cloud deployments and integration patterns. Key Responsibilities :

- Backend Microservices Development : Design and develop highly scalable, secure, and efficient backend microservices using Java and its related frameworks. Place a strong emphasis on RESTful API design and adherence to microservices architecture principles.

- Frontend UI Development : Build responsive, intuitive, and performant user interfaces using React, ensuring seamless and efficient integration with backend services and APIs.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to define, design, and deliver new features, consistently maintaining a user-first and business-value driven approach.

- Cloud Deployment & Performance : Ensure smooth and reliable deployment and optimal performance of applications in cloud environments, leveraging services from AWS or GCP.

- Event-Driven Architecture : Implement and maintain robust event-driven architectures using Kafka for messaging and integrate with various NoSQL databases, optimizing data handling, storage, and retrieval.

- Code Quality & Best Practices : Champion and maintain exceptionally high standards for code quality, unit testing, integration testing, and overall software engineering best practices, ensuring long-term reliability, maintainability, and scalability.

- Enterprise Integration Patterns : Adopt and advocate for Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP), specifically utilizing frameworks such as Apache Camel, to facilitate smooth and efficient communication and data flow across disparate services and systems.

- Continuous Improvement & Automation : Actively champion continuous improvements and innovations within the team and across the development lifecycle, focusing on optimizing

processes, enhancing system performance, and driving automation wherever possible.

Required Technical Skills :

- 10-15 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.

- Backend Expertise : Strong proficiency in Java and extensive experience with Spring Boot and

other related Java frameworks for building backend microservices.

- API Design : Proven experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs adhering to best

practices.

- Frontend Expertise : Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with React.js, including state

management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API), Hooks, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

- Microservices Architecture : Extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying microservices architecture.

- Cloud Platforms : Hands-on experience with major cloud providers, specifically AWS or GCP

services relevant to application deployment, scaling, and management.

- Messaging & Databases : Practical experience implementing event-driven architecture using

Kafka and working with various NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB).

- Testing & Quality : Strong understanding and application of unit testing, integration testing, and other software quality assurance practices.

- Integration Frameworks : Experience with Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) and frameworks like Apache Camel.

- Version Control : Expert-level proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.

Desired Skills & Attributes :

- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).

- Strong understanding of distributed systems and their challenges.
