We are specifically looking for candidates with a background in medical/pharmaceutical sales (medical reps) who are familiar with consultative selling and strong in fieldwork + follow-up discipline.You’ll be representing Phoenix Branding to B2B clients in industries like healthcare, manufacturing, and retail—pitching services like branding, websites, and digital marketing.Key Responsibilities- Prospect and identify new clients through calls, visits, events, and references - Pitch Phoenix Branding’s services clearly and confidently to decision-makers - Build and maintain relationships with key accounts through regular follow-ups - Understand client pain points and recommend suitable branding/digital solutions - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to closure and post-sale handoff - Track activity, maintain CRM entries, and report regularly to management - Coordinate with the internal team to ensure deliverables and timelines are met - Handle repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunitiesWho We're Looking For- Prior experience as a medical representative, sales executive, or client-facing field rep - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills - Strong follow-up discipline and understanding of structured sales processes - Basic knowledge or interest in branding, digital services, or marketing is a plus - Ability to manage multiple accounts and build long-term client trustPreferred Background- 1–4 years of field sales or relationship management experience - Prior background in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or similar B2B sales - Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or Marketing (preferred, not mandatory)Working HoursMonday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PMSaturday: 10:00 AM – 2:30 PMLocation: Bangalore (field visits + office coordination)Incentives & GrowthAttractive performance-based incentivesRepeat account commissionsPhone allowances as applicableCareer growth into Key Account Management or Senior Sales rolesHow to ApplySend your resume to:Email: shruthi@phoenixbranding.inShortlisted candidates will be called for a personal round of discussion.
