Job Description:

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who has experience in the sheet metal stamping industry. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about government schemes, benefits, and the role of GST in our industry. The CFO will manage the company’s accounts and finances in an orderly manner and provide strategic financial advice.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee financial strategy, planning, and budgeting.
  • Provide financial guidance to support company growth and profitability.
  • Manage financial performance, reporting, and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Oversee cash flow management and investment strategies.
  • Lead financial risk management initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors.
  • Manage financial audits for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Optimize financial operations for efficiency and profitability.
  • Supervise and mentor the finance team.



Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader in the sheet metal stamping industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with government schemes, benefits, and the role of GST in the industry.
  • Ability to maintain accurate accounts and financial records.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
