About the role :
RIECO Industries Ltd. is seeking dynamic and results-driven Strategic Sales Account Managers to join our team.
- In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing strategic customer accounts within the Industry segment.
- As a key member of our sales team, you will push boundaries to achieve targets and contribute significantly to our business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth through strategic account management in the Industry segment.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential and existing clients.
- Generate leads, convert opportunities into sales, and achieve sales targets.
- Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for customers, taking full ownership of ongoing projects, customer receivables, system issues, and problem resolutions.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Create and negotiate contracts to secure business deals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and lead generation.
- Expertise in creating sales presentations and negotiating contracts.
- Ability to maintain and build strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Superior negotiation skills.
Bachelor's/PG degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) business, including experience with tenders, RFPs, and addressing specific customer pain points.
