Position Summary :

  • This is a position which will be primarily responsible for accounts payable which includes Vendor payments, Billing to customers and should have knowledge of statutory deductions.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for working on vendor payments which includes book and proceed the payment entries with reference to statutory compliance
  • Should be able to support Internally and provide required details for audit requirements
  • Should be well versed with vendor reconciliation
  • Preparation of Billing to customer including E-waybill, based on data received from user department
  • Well versed with preparing monthly closing reports


Requirements :

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience into Accounts Payable
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, required (M.com preferred) with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of Payable/Receivable function and automation
  • Should have a relevant hands-on experience in vendor payments and reconciliations
  • Strong experience in working and coordinating with auditors
