Responsibilities

The selected candidate will assist in:

  • Drafting and filing under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016
  • Preparation of CoC notices, agendas, and minutes
  • MCA & IBBI related compliance filings
  • Corporate law, secretarial, and regulatory compliance support
  • Research and drafting of legal and corporate documents


Requirements

  • Must be a CS Professional qualified registered with ICSI.
  • Strong interest in Insolvency, Corporate & Commercial Laws.
  • Good drafting and communication skills.
  • Ability to take responsibility and meet timelines.
