The role demands agility, structured follow-ups, and strong collaboration across technical teams.Key Responsibilities: Act as the end-to-end resolver for all technical escalations and critical issues. Coordinate seamlessly between NOC, Telco, Field, and Customer Care teams for swift resolution. Track and manage all open cases, maintaining daily closure and progress reports. Prepare and maintain review trackers, MoMs, and performance dashboards for the NOC/Network teams. Conduct and drive daily stand-up reviews with HOD, ensuring accountability and timely actions. Document and communicate end-to-end resolutions, ensuring constant follow-up until complete closure. Required Skills: Excellent communication and follow-up discipline. Basic knowledge of Computer Networks, MPLS, ILL, IP routing, or Cloud preferred. Strong analytical and coordination skills. High sense of ownership, teamwork, and agility. Proficiency in Excel, documentation, and reporting tools.
