The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of QA best practices and expertise in UI, API, and mobile test automation.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.- Perform UI automation using Java + Selenium.- Perform API automation using Java + Rest Assured.- Execute mobile app test automation across Android/iOS platforms.- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business teams to understand requirements.- Identify, log, and track defects; ensure timely resolution.- Analyze testing needs and recommend automation approaches.- Participate in test planning, estimation, and retrospectives.- Ensure adherence to QA processes and continuous improvement.Required Skills & Experience : - Minimum 3+ years of experience in QA Automation.- Strong understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.Hands-on experience with : - Java & Selenium for UI test automation- Java & Rest Assured for API test automation- Mobile app test automation (Appium preferred)- Experience with test planning, execution, and reporting.- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline tools (e.g., Jenkins) is an advantage.- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors effectively.Good to Have : - Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber.- Knowledge of performance testing tools.- Exposure to Cloud or container environments (AWS, Docker, : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
