Job Description

  • Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform
  • Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards
  • Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products
  • Be a productive member of the team.



Requirements
  • 5 to 8 years of hands-on development experience in C++, including:
  • Writing code from scratch, Bug fixing, debugging, and working with compilers
  • CI/CD pipeline integration and code deployment
  • Strong knowledge and working experience with Shell Scripting
  • Additional language exposure to C and JavaScript is a plus
  • Proficient in C++ programming, with deep understanding of:
  • Object-Oriented Design & Development
  • Memory Management, Multi-threading, Data Structures, and Algorithms
  • Code refactoring and rewriting without loss of functionality
  • Skilled in code reviews for SDE 1 and SDE 2 level developers:
  • Providing constructive feedback
  • Suggesting fixes
  • Training and mentoring on best coding practices to meet software/component requirements
  • Experience working with IDEs such as: Eclipse, Visual Studio
  • Proficient with version control systems, especially: GitLab, SVN
  • Good experience with Linux environments and basic knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with Atlassian tools: Jira, Confluence
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as: GitLab CI, Jenkins (preferred)
  • Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality production-ready software
  • This is a Work From Office (WFO) role
