This role will be pivotal in building robust, scalable, and efficient backend systems that support Bluestone's growing digital presence.


Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Microservices architecture.

• Implement and optimize NoSQL databases for scalable and efficient data management.

• Integrate and manage Elastic Search or similar search platforms to enhance data retrieval.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Write clean, efficient, and testable code while adhering to best practices.

• Troubleshoot and debug system issues, ensuring high performance and availability.

• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in backend development and integrate them where appropriate.


Key Skills & Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field from a Tier 1 College.

• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Java and experience with Microservices architecture.

• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).

• Advanced knowledge of Elastic Search or similar search platforms and its integration.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, server-side logic, and scalable system design.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
