Artifex HR is hiring for a client in Bangalore. Our client is a Marketing company who believe that disruption is imminent, incubation is paramount and trust is absolute. Scope of Work: As an SEO & SEM Expert, your role will involve developing and implementing high- performing search strategies to boost organic and paid search efforts. You will be expected to take full ownership of SEO and SEM campaigns, ensuring optimal performance for our diverse client base. Your responsibilities will range from conducting keyword research, optimizing on-site elements, running paid search campaigns, to providing performance reports and strategy recommendations. You will be part of a collaborative team, working closely with other professionals to achieve client goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. SEO Strategy Development & Execution: o Develop comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to the unique needs of various industries (FMCG, events, B2B, services). o Conduct thorough SEO audits and keyword research to inform content and site optimization. o Optimize site architecture, content, meta tags, and improve site speed for better search engine rankings. o Design and execute link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority. o Continuously stay informed on search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and best SEO practices. 2. SEM Strategy Development & Management: o Create, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other Search Engines. o Develop audience targeting strategies to maximize reach and drive conversions. o Lead A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to enhance campaign performance. o Oversee budget management, adjusting bids to ensure maximum ROI on all paid campaigns. o Generate actionable performance reports and insights to guide ongoing campaign adjustments and improvements. 3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: o Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. o Provide clients with performance reports, highlighting key metrics and insights to guide future strategies. o Work closely with other teams to align marketing efforts and ensure seamless execution across campaigns. 4. Client & Cross-functional Collaboration: o Work with clients to understand their goals and business objectives, developing SEO & SEM strategies that align with their needs. o Collaborate with content creators, designers, and the strategy team to execute campaigns effectively. o Provide ongoing support to clients, offering expertise and insight to continuously improve their SEO & SEM results. Qualifications & Requirements:  Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in SEO & SEM.  SEO Expertise: Proven track record in SEO strategy development and execution, including keyword research, content optimization, and link-building.  SEM Expertise: Extensive experience in managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads.  Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and other SEO/SEM tools.  Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website optimization best practices.  Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and generate insights that drive continuous improvement.  Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and cross-functional collaboration.
