Role Description :

As an RPA Project Manager with TAO The Automation Office, you will be responsible for leading automation projects from conception to delivery. This is a full-time role that requires some presence in our Bengaluru location but also offers flexibility for remote work.


On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative automation solutions that meet our clients' requirements and expectations. You will also be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within scope, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

- Demonstrated project management experience in the implementation of RPA or other automation solutions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams

- A solid understanding of automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere and/or Blue Prism

- Experience with Agile methodology and working knowledge of project management tools like JIRA or Trello

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to strategize, prioritize, and risk-mitigate
