We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Advisor to join our team in Guayaquil. This role is essential to ensure the correct installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of automatic shrimp feeders, especially Eruvaka systems. The Technical Advisor will be responsible for optimizing feeding system performance, supporting continuous improvement in production processes, and training operators on the proper use of the implemented technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure automatic feeders, with a strong focus on Eruvaka equipment.Diagnose and resolve technical issues in the field to minimize operational disruptions.Monitor equipment behavior and analyze feeding data to adjust doses and feeding frequency.Train operational personnel on correct usage, basic maintenance, and operational best practices for automatic feeders.Ensure strict compliance with established biosecurity protocols at each production site.Prepare weekly technical reports including data analysis, KPI tracking, and training schedules.Serve as a technical liaison between the farm and Eruvaka, providing feedback for continuous improvement.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)The Technical Advisor will be evaluated based on the following performance indicators:% of operational feeders: Rate of properly functioning equipment.
