Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Delivery Head to lead our Semiconductor Engineering division. In this role, the leader will be responsible for driving technical excellence, overseeing project execution, managing a large team and delivering exceptional semiconductor solutions to our clients.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech/M.Tech in EEE, ECE, Computer Engineering
  • Proven track record of 20+ years in engineering leadership roles within the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor design principles, ASIC/FPGA design flow, Pre-Silicon RTL2GDS, post-silicon validation and Embedded. Experience in leading projects from concept to tape-out and production.
  • Strong expertise in industry-standard EDA tools – Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor etc. for floor planning, place and route, STA, DRC/LVS and signoff on sub-nano meter technologies.
  • Understanding of programming and scripting languages such as C/C++, Python, TCL or Perl.
  • Embedded design at L1/L2 design level, understanding of functional safety FuSa 26262 etc.
  • Good to know details of any one or two domains to a hands-on level –
  • Verilog or VHDL RTL / FPGA design and design checks. Digital and mixed-signal design verification methodologies & tools – SV, UVM, Questa, VCS, ModelSim.
  • Physical Design and implementation – Innovus, ICC2, Calibre etc.
  • Analog IC design, layout principles, and semiconductor process technologies.
  • Embedded design on Automotive, Infotainment, Compute ➢ ADAS, BIOS development, AI/ML, Linux/Android/Windows kernel development
